YANA (You Are Not Alone)

YANA (You Are Not Alone) is a Comox Valley charity created in 1986. YANA provides funding and accommodation to Comox Valley families who must travel out of our community for medical treatment. In Vancouver, YANA’s four apartments close to BC Children’s Hospital provide a home away from home during this very difficult time. Accommodation is also provided in other centers as well.

The objective of YANA is to relieve some of the stress on the family and to keep the family together while they concentrate on the health of their child.
