Pricing

12 Month Pre-Pay Term

$120

With this plan you can update your ad up to 12 times at no charge. Additional updates are $10 each. Realtors wishing to purchase multiple slots may do so.

 

6 Month Pre-Pay Term

$90

With this plan you can update your ad up to 6 times at no charge. Additional updates are $15 each. Realtors wishing to purchase multiple slots may do so.

 

1 Month Term

$20

With the 1 month term you get 1 listing. Additional updates are $20 each.

 

Where will my ad be displayed?

Ads are displayed on our Comox Valley real estate listing page. Positioning is on a first come first served basis. Upon your term expiry you will be given the option to renew, if you choose to renew immediately you will retain your position. 12 month terms are given ranking priority over 1 month terms, so to secure the highest spot possible it is recommend to pre-pay for the 12 month term.

Temporary Bonus! Until we finalize plans for the featured listings, the first three advertisers will also find their listing displayed in our Featured Listings section on the main Real Estate page. This is not part of any included packages and is simply a free temporary bonus.

Payment Policy

Currently we only accept cash, check, money-order or PayPal. If you would like to pay using a major credit card, PayPal is your option. All payments must be made in full prior to ads being posted
