30 Day Food Challenge

Have you ever thought about what it would be like to only eat food produced locally, right here in the Comox Valley?

Our Big Earth holds an annual challenge to all Comox Valley residents to do just that. For 30 days, each summer, for the entire month of July residents are challenged to eat only locally produced foods. Tours of local farm and food producers are held along with restaurant events, educational activities and various food demonstrations to showcase the products from nearly 500 local farms and food related businesses in the Comox Valley.
