Rawthentic (Formerly Zen Zero) has a wide variety of RAW, Family friendly food including sandwiches, muffins, pizza, soups, salads, RAW food entrees & desserts, smoothies, fresh juices & wheat grass. They also carry a large variety of Vegan cooked food.

Their cafe includes a kiddie play area, free wireless internet and a sunny patio and it’s all located right in the heart of downtown Courtenay! We try to use organic locally grown produce as much as possible.
