The Comox Valley Food Bank has been serving those in need in the Comox Valley since 1983. If you are in need of assistance or would like to make a donation you can find the food bank at:

Courtenay BC, V9N 7B6

You are reminded to please bring your own bags. Food is distributed on Thursdays only from 9:30am  – 1:00 pm

    I was wondering if the food bank takes donations of laundry soap? I have several bottles (8) that I can no longer use and I am trying to find somewhere to donate them to.
